\\project info

Located in the historic core of downtown Nashville, this mixed-use structure replaces a parking garage, to bring the site to its highest and best use. This design seeks to integrate into the fabric of the historic block, activate an underutilized pedestrian junction, and provide mixed income housing. Through sensitive material selection, drawing reference at entablature heights, and mimicking proportions, the building respects its neighbors, while providing contemporary solutions for the developing needs of the city’s urban core. I served as part of the architectural design team, and renderer for this project.
