\\site selection + masterplan

\\project info

This was a site selection exercise in conjunction with Thomas Hutton engineers for a large confidential tech client. The client was looking to establish a corporate campus in Nashville to attract talent and create a clear extension of their company culture. A focus on water connection and pedestrian experience were priorities. The program requires 2 million square feet, with the opportunity to phase construction as land is acquired. Our team developed materials to introduce the company board to Nashville, analyze potential sites selected by the client, and help guide project site selection. Our team developed materials to introduce the company board to Nashville, analyze potential sites selected by the client, and help guide project site selection. Further explorations for the River North location include view studies and initial site planning concepts that required flood diversion techniques as well as recreational access to the Cumberland River. I was part of a team of 2 architects, and 6 consultants from 2 trades. I was the primary code and zoning researcher, created presentation graphics, participated in master planning schemes, and a presenter to the client.
