The design centers around creating luxury apartment units with varying levels of privacy, created through layers of transparency and alternating programming. This allows maximized natural daylighting and views out, while maintaining a sense of intimate ownership of personal space. This is achieved by layering materials of different capacities, as well as a glazing pattern that alternates to minimize interference. I gained experience working with the condominium project type and with presenting to contractors and investors to pitch design concepts and help navigate complications due to the site and neighborhood. I acted as the primary architectural designer on this project.
